Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Faraseh, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with a paid report or subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:
  • You did not receive your paid report due to a technical error.
  • You requested cancellation within 24hours of purchase and have not used or viewd the full report.
  • Your purchase was duplicated due to a billing issue.

  • 3. Non-Refundeable Cases

    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
  • If the report has been generated and viewd.
  • If more than 24hours have passed since the purchase.
  • If dissatisfaction is due to subjective expectations(e.g. disagreement with personality results).
  • To prevent fraud and maintain platform integrity.

  • 4. Requesting a Refund

    To request a refund, please email support@faraseh.com with:
  • Your name
  • Order ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • We'll respond within 3~5days.

    5. Disputed Charges

    If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly.

    6. Your Rights

    You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused days.
